The man behind it

I'm Nick.

Ex-pro rugby. Wasps in England, then Montauban in France's Top 14. Fifteen years of getting hit for a living. Retired at 35 thinking I'd be fine.

The drift took six years. I gained two stone, lost the bottom half of my squat, and stopped recognising photos of myself. It wasn't dramatic — that's the trick of it. Drift isn't a cliff. It's a slope so gentle you don't notice until you're already at the bottom.

Then it got worse. Three back surgeries. Eight days in hospital. Lying there not knowing whether I'd walk normally again, let alone train. I had to rebuild from a place most men reading this haven't been to. That rebuild is where Back2Strong actually came from — not from a coaching textbook, from the floor.

So when I tell you drift is reversible, that joints set the ceiling, that consistency beats intensity — that's not theory I read. It's what got me back. The Reset gets you moving.
